Q: What type of maintenance does my Martin Garage Door / Opener need?

Q: My remote does not work but my wall push button does. What’s wrong?
A: The battery in your remote probably needs to be replaced.
Q: Where can I purchase a Martin Garage Door?
A: Martin Garage Doors are available for purchase through an authorized Martin Dealer.
Q: How do I program HOMELINK®?
A: Start by clearing your HOMELINK® (usually this is done by holding the two outside buttons for approximately 30-45 seconds) then holding the remote within 3″ of the button you want programmed. Press and hold the button on the remote, then press and hold the button on the HOMELINK® you want programmed. Hold both buttons until the LED changes states (i.e. from blinking to solid or vice versa).

Q: How do I become an authorized Martin Dealer / Installer?
A: Please fill out the Information Request Form and make sure to mark the “Becoming a Dealer” checkbox. A Martin representative will contact you with the necessary information and paperwork to become a Martin Dealer.
Q: Where can I purchase a replacement Martin Garage Door panel?
A: Please contact an authorized Martin Dealer in your area.

Q: How do I reset / re-program my Martin transmitter?

Q: The windows on my door have smudges on them, what is the best way to remove them?
A: Our glass vendor recommends using a wet Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
